Privacy policy

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of the Regulations of the Industrial IoT Shop. Acceptance of the Regulations also means acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Before starting to use the Industrial IoT Shop, the Buyer should read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data using the Industrial IoT Shop website.

§ 1  Administrator

1.1. The administrator of user’s personal data at Industrial IoT Shop website, including Buyers and Users, is TECHBASE Group Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Batorego 7, 81-365 Gdynia, entered by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000425382, NIP: 5833153380; REGON 221679963 (“Administrator”).

1.2. The administrator processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

§ 2  Data collected

2.1. The personal data collected includes: name and surname, name (company), tax identification number, business address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail, credit card information, bank account number, username and password, IP address of the computer from which the registration was made or an order has been placed. Personal data is collected at the User’s registration, filling in the Order form, the subscription form for the newsletter, iiot-shop.com contact form, a2s.pl contact form, modberry.techbase.eu contact form, moduino.techbase.eu contact form, iot.a2s.pl contact form and techbase.eu contact form.

§ 3 Purpose of Data Processing

The data will be processed for the purpose of::

3.1. Provision of the Account service – for the period of keeping the Account for the User, until the liquidation of the User Account at the User’s request – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) RHODO;

3.2. Conclusion and implementation of contracts for the sale of products via the Industrial IoT Shop – pending completion of the contract – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) and art. 9 par. 2 lit. h) RODO;

3.3. Implementation by the Administrator of its legal obligations, in particular resulting from the provisions of the tax law – for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the payment deadline for due tax was concluded in connection with the conclusion and implementation of the product sale agreement via the Industrial IoT Shop, or longer if required by law – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c) and art. 9 par. 2 lit. h) RODO;

3.4. Enable the use of the service of the support portal – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) and art. 9 par. 2 lit. a) RODO – pending withdrawal of consent; After registration, activation and authorization of the account, the user receives the possibility of reporting technical problems and submitting service requests through the special technical support portal TSP (TECHBASE Support Portal) http://support.techbase.eu

3.5. Findings, inquiries or defenses against claims that the Administrator or the State may have in relation to yourself (including data contained in your Account, data on contracts for the sale of products via the A2S.pl Automation Catalog) – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) and art. 9 par. 2 lit. h) RODO – during periods of limitation of claims, specified in legal provisions;

3.6. Sending a newsletter with informational content regarding products and services offered by the Administrator – until withdrawal of consent – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) RODO;

3.7. The website uses “cookies”. 3.8. Our sites use Google Inc. network service analysis mechanisms (“Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA”): Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manger. Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manger use cookies that allow you to analyze how you use websites. Information collected by cookies is transferred to Google servers located in the USA and archived. § 4 Voluntary data provision, consent to process

4.1. Providing data is voluntary. In the scope indicated in the Regulations, providing data is necessary for the purpose of Registration or submission and implementation of the Order.

4.2. If you consent to the processing of your data for the above purposes, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Customer Service Department at info@a2s.pl tel.: (+48) 58 345 39 22. The consent to receive the newsletter can be opt out by clicking on the appropriate link, placed in each newsletter. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

§ 5 Rights related to the processing of personal data

5.1. Anyone whose personal data is processed has the right to access personal data relating to him, rectification, deletion or the right to object to the processing (if it is possible under the law), processing restrictions, as well as the right to data transfer. The person whose data is processed also has the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority.

5.3. The expected recipients of data are entities which the Administrator will entrust to data processing, including, for example, entities providing technical infrastructure used to run the Portal, provider of logistic services, entities entrusted with administering customer service, employees and collaborators of the Administrator or those entities – to the extent it is it is necessary to achieve the objectives set out in this Privacy Policy or resulting from the contracts you have concluded with the Administrator.

5.4. The Administrator may refuse to delete Data if there are any premises resulting from the provisions of law.

§ 6 Data Protection

6.1. The administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the data being processed, and in particular, protects the data against their unauthorized access, processing in violation of the law and change, loss, damage or destruction.

6.2. Only persons authorized by the Administrator are allowed to process your data within the Administrator’s organization.

§ 7 Other provisions

7.1. Data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. The administrator transfers collected personal data to state administration authorities, law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities at their express request and only in cases specified by law.

7.2. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Any person using the Industrial IoT Shop website in any way is subject to the current version of the Privacy Policy.
